This week I am cooking up some easy pastrami and planting out my garlic.
I managed to get hold of some cheap brisket and after a lot of thinking I came up with the idea of making some brisket. After a few days in a brine, the brisket just needed cooking. This cooked on the bbq while I worked on the allotment. The recipe I used can be found on this link.
I am a little behind planting my garlic but this week I have managed to get it in the ground. I have planted 6 verities including elephant garlic and early purple Wight.
