Kale recipes

This week I thought I would share with you some of my favourite kale recipes. I believe that kale is undervalued as it has so many advantages

Kale is incredibly hardy and will grow right through the winter months providing plenty of tasty green leaves full of nutrients. I've added links to the recipes that I have used in this podcast to make use of this wonderful vegetable

• Chinese seaweed
• Kale, pea and ricotta fritters
• Sauteed greens with cannellini and pancetta
