What's so bad about peat based compost?
This week I received a question from a listener asking what is so bad about peat based compost?
Is it bad for our plants or environment?
If it's so bad why is it still for sale?
All of which are very interesting questions and something that I have researched and known about for many years.
In this episode I share with you what I know about what is so bad about this style of compost and why we shouldn't be using it. I also share my thoughts on an experiment to see what the difference is between peat based compost and other alternatives is.
