Growing and forcing rhubarb
This week Richard is sharing his knowledge on growing and forcing rhubarb. Stating from seeds and going right through the life of the rhubarb. Richard shares how he grows rhubarb successfully. Richard even sows some rhubarb seeds to start off.
Growing rhubarb is one thing but to add some flair why not try forcing rhubarb. This is a simple way to get some sweeter pinker earlier rhubarb stems.
Recipe of the week
This week Richard felt the recipe should of course involve rhubarb. Usually we like to stick to crops we are harvesting but sometimes its just not that easy.
For the recipe Richard remembered one of his favourite rhubarb recipes. Rhubarb sorbet which can be found on this website. Its very easy to make and tastes delicious.
