    Hi Richard ,Can you help me as I have gown some small onions for picked onions .I do know that most use shalots buti thought I would see how it goes .My question is how do I prepare them and what vinegar malt or white .Cheers

    you can get pickling onion which i have used in the past. Otherwise you need a good white vinegar and add some spices.
