This week Richard is joined by Martyn to discuss Bokashi composting. Bokashi composting is a process of which material such as food scrapes or garden waste, is fermented into a usable material in a couple of weeks.
Martyn shares with us what is so good about bokashi composting, and why more of us gardeners should be using this system to improve our soil health and reduce our waste. Its also very good for the environment so what's not to like.
Richard makes his own bokashi bin and will be reporting back on how well it works in the future.
