Weekly harvest report for week 6 of 2021.
As part of an ongoing analysis of what we save by growing our own throughout 2021. We will see on a weekly basis what we have harvested, how much that would cost if we bought from a shop and how much we have spent. So without much fuss lets get into this weeks figures

What I have noticed this week is the huge difference in cost between economy and premium. If you are wondering what is meant by economy and premium. Economy would be the budget or value produce we can buy. The economy price would be the organic, free range high value food. I add both prices in as a comparison but also as I do garden organically but do not have organic certification.
I have not spent any money this week either so I don't need to put up the report.
What have you harvested this week? Let me know in the comments.
