The diary
This week I have been focused on my home plot with digging out the ivy roots and clearing an area to build a new build to house my new subpod.
A subpod is an underground composting system. Turning waste into black gold for the garden. I was attracted to the subpod based on the fact it seems a very discrete way to compost in the garden. Its sub terrain structure is not in your face like many composts bins out there. Find out more about subpod by clicking here.
My seed sowing tips.
Every year I get a lot of comments about confusion when it comes to seed sowing with some people worried it might be too early to sow seeds.
I am guilty of starting seeds off early but that is because I know my garden and my climate well enough to know when its safe to sow seeds.
As we are about to hit prime seed sowing time I thought I would compile A list of tips that I have developed for being successful with seed germination and you can hear the in todays podcast.
If you have any tips to share then please leave a comment below or use our voicemail feature to leave a message.
