A place to sow seeds

With the cost of living crisis causing a problem Richard has decided to ditch the heated propagators and grow lights in order to save energy. Instead he ahs set up a area to sow seeds inside his greenhouse of which he intends to sow many seeds.

This area uses a metal bench as the basis with bins contain seed compost and perlite as well as storage for pots and trays and not forgetting labels. Its a great area to work in.

Recipe of the week

With the ginger harvested Richard needed to find a way to use it so it doesn't get wasted. After much searching Richard found this ginger beer recipe and made it himself.

Ginger beer is fiery but as its alcohol free it suits Richards household.
