Recipe of the week

This weeks recipe is a simple pasta sauce using tomatoes from the garden.

Simply take 1kg tomatoes and put them in a pan with a splash of water. Gently boil the tomatoes and add some herbs, basil goes really well. Simmer for 2 hours until a nice thick sauce is created then freeze in batches ready to add to pasta
