Episode 352. Exploring Brighton’s Preston rock gardens

For many years I have driven passed this gardens in Brighton with the intention that one day I would visit. Today that day came and while on my lunch break I took a wander around and explored.

Much of what I do is about edible gardening. Its where my passion lies. However, I do like to visit some gardens from time to time. Many gardens have a veg patch or some edibles which really take my fancy. Other gardens I seek inspiration for what I could do in my own garden

Brighton's Preston rock garden, however, did not have a veg patch. It did, however, have a variety of edible architectural plants and many of which we might not think of as edible. This is where I really find myself learning how to incorporate edible gardening and a good looking garden into one.
