  • Starting microgreens in-case drastic action has to be taken for coronavirus

And much more just listen to the podcast to find out more.

Kirsty Ward from my little allotment.

I have been a big fan of Kirsty's blog and Instagram for quiet a while now. She has exploded onto the allotment scene since starting her allotment 3 years ago.

Kirsty started allotmenteering as a form of therapy for herself tackling ptsd. But as you will hear in this interview she believes her allotment is one of the reasons that she is still here now.

In this podcast you can find out what Kirsty's favourite plants to grow is and what her plans are for 2020.

You can find more about Kirsty from her blog site which can be found here.

Follow her on twitter, Facebook and Instagram too.
