Each week I like to share the weekly harvest report. A weekly look at what we have harvested this last week and what that would of cost from a shop.
Weekly harvest report
This week we have harvested the following
- 7 chicken eggs which would have cost us £1.75 from a shop
- 14 quail eggs which would have cost us £3.07 from a shop
- 200g salad leaves as and when we wanted them this would have cost us £2.00 from a shop.
This week's total
This weeks total has come to £6.82. Pretty low to be honest but as we have not been around much this week and we wanted to eat plenty of salads it's not surprising. we could have harvested more but decided to wait.
Grills the chicken although seems to be herself again after her illness still has not laid an egg but I am sure she will bounce back soon.

We’ve been away on holiday this week, so we’ve only done one quick harvest, with a value of £93. All the usual stuff plus our first courgette:-) : all the best – Steve
